National Hockey LeagueThe National Hockey League (NHL) is an official Major Sponsor of the Pucks Against Poverty event. Mr. Willie O’Ree (the first professional black hockey player) will be attending our event as our honored and featured guest. Inspired by the Pucks Against Poverty campaign, the NHL is now moving forward with their programming to help families who cannot afford the cost of hockey to participate in hockey programs right here in the Northland! We extend a
heartfelt thank you to the National Hockey League for their participation.
